Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth through
Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online channels

Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage the full bidding process.
Communicate technical requirements clearly with clients and internal tech teams.
Collaborate with development teams across
various tech stacks (Web, Mobile, UI/UX, Cloud, etc.)

Handle client discussions, negotiations, and long-term relationship building.
Lead, mentor, and guide a
BD / bidding team
to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in
IT sales & online bidding platforms
.
Must have hands-on expertise in
Upwork and Fiverr
is
mandatory
.
Strong knowledge of
software development services & technology offerings
.
Should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must have ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Experience in
team management & performance tracking
