Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms including social media, websites, and presentations. Collaborate with the production team to understand the project's vision and objectives. Select and assemble footage, audio, graphics, and other content to create coherent and engaging narratives. Apply color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production techniques to enhance video quality. Review and revise edits based on feedback from directors or producers. Maintain organized project files and ensure materials are easily accessible for future edits or revisions. Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques and software, and suggest improvements to our editing processes. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of video, sound, and color editing principles. Familiarity with motion graphics and animated content is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar software for motion graphics. Knowledge of various video formats and codecs. Understanding of storytelling techniques and how to engage audiences through visual media.
