We are urgently hiring

Telecallers

for our U.S. Process at

Khairatabad

. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence on calls, and a strong desire to build a career in the

BPO and sales domain

.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to U.S. customers and promote company products/services. Handle customer queries and objections confidently. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and maintain call quality. Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in CRM. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth process flow.

Requirements:

Good English communication skills (basic to moderate). Willingness to work in

Night Shift (U.S. Process)

. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. Freshers are welcome -- full training will be provided.
