Urgent Hiring - Telecaller Female (Real Estate)

Experience: 0 - 2 Years | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads and database
Explain project features, pricing, and benefits in a clear, persuasive manner
Schedule and follow up on site visits to ensure client engagement
Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM system
Handle inbound inquiries and coordinate with the sales team
Work closely with internal teams for smooth lead processing
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects
Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
Confident, clear, and persuasive speaking skills
Basic understanding of real estate processes
Familiarity with MS Office & CRM tools
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive follow-up attitude
Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented
Eligibility:

Female candidates only
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate ( in any stream)
Experience in telecalling or real estate preferred
