We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads or sales. Strong communication skills and a persuasive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Explain services in a clear and engaging manner.
Answer queries regarding the company or its offerings.
Follow up on previous calls and maintain customer follow-up records.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or conversions.
Handle objections and close sales over the phone when required.
Work closely with the sales or marketing team for campaign success.
Requirements
:
Minimum Graduate
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / local language].
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
