Key Responsibilities
Technical Issue Resolution:
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
Administer and maintain Windows and Apple devices, user management, and networking fundamentals.
Customer Support Excellence:
Deliver remote technical services with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Take ownership of tasks, ensuring complete and timely resolution for client satisfaction.
Workflow Management:
Monitor work queues, resolve assigned tickets, and ensure completion of daily checklists.
Utilize ticketing systems like ConnectWise Manage for efficient task tracking and resolution.
Infrastructure Maintenance:
Configure and manage Office 365/Google Suite and printer/file servers. o Leverage remote access tools such as TeamViewer, MSP Anywhere, LogMeIn, and AnyConnect for seamless client support.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment to develop and implement innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For
Education & Certifications:
Full time Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications (A+, N+, CCENT, Microsoft, CCNA preferred).
Note: Qualifications/Education obtained via distance learning will not be accepted.
Experience:
Minimum of 1+ years in technical support roles and providing exceptional customer service.
Experience in international client handling will be add on advantage.
Ability to work in a 24/7 (Rotational) shift-based environment.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and Office 365/Google Suite administration.
Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote access tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for technology.
A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
