sales manager for
digital services with
1-2 years of proven experience
in the digital services industry, particularly in handling
Indian clients
. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of working with
Meta leads, web inquiries
, and other inbound sources to drive conversions. You should be adept at writing tailored proposals for a variety of digital services and possess strong business acumen related to budgeting, pricing, and company profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert leads from
Meta, web inquiries, and other digital sources
.
Write and customize
proposals and pitch decks
for services including:
SEO
Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Website Design & Development
eCommerce Platforms
Social Media Marketing
Mobile Apps & Small to Medium Web Applications
Software Solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with
Indian clients
, understanding their specific business needs and decision-making psychology.
Negotiate deals
, manage pricing strategies, and follow up effectively to close sales.
Analyze and consider
company costs and infrastructure expenses
, and align proposals with the
client's budget
.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure alignment with delivery capabilities and timelines.
Achieve and exceed sales targets
, with documented proof of past performance.
Key Requirements:
1-2 years of sales experience in a
digital marketing, IT, or software company
.
Must have
experience handling Indian clients
.
Proven ability to handle
Meta leads
, inbound web leads, and similar channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong
negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling
skills.
Good understanding of pricing strategies, profit margins, and budgeting.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management platforms.
Experience in B2B service-based sales.
