Pulz Electronics ( www.pulz.co.in) is urgently hiring a

Sales coordinator

. (preferred in similar audio/electronics industry)

Location:

Andheri West, Mumbai

Experience:

3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination:

Coordinate with sales team, distributors, and clients for product inquiries, quotations, and order updates. Track sales targets and ensure timely updates to the management. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales data.

Order Processing:

Manage end-to-end order processing -- from PO receipt to dispatch coordination. Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Client Communication:

Respond to inquiries related to product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules. Handle after-sales support and basic technical queries for audio products like amplifiers and speakers.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and sales reports. Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment follow-ups.

Inventory Coordination:

Check stock levels, coordinate product availability with the warehouse/production team. Update sales team on stock movement and estimated delivery timelines.

Marketing Support:

Assist in preparing catalogs, datasheets, and presentation material for audio product lines. Coordinate trade shows, demos, and client presentations.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of audio equipment like amplifiers, loudspeakers, audio processors, etc. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP is added advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with good follow-up abilities. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. Electronics preferred) Diploma in Electronics/Audio Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)

Additional Advantage (Preferred but not mandatory):

Prior experience in companies like Pulz Electronics, Bose, JBL, Yamaha, or Indian pro-audio equipment companies. Understanding of installation environments: cinema, auditoriums, events, etc. Familiarity with channel sales, retail, and project sales models.
