Job Responsibilities
Source candidate profiles through various channels such as
job portals, social media platforms, and referrals
Screen and shortlist resumes as per client requirements
Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling
Fix interviews and ensure
regular follow-ups
with candidates and clients
Maintain recruitment data and reports
Understand client requirements and assist in closing positions efficiently
