Job Title: Recruitment consultant (Non-IT)

Skills and Experience Required

• 0- 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent mapping, sourcing strategies, and managing complete candidate life cycles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment technologies including ATS, job portals, social recruiting, and digital sourcing tools.
• Deep expertise in candidate evaluation, selection methodologies, and engagement techniques.
• Broad knowledge of multiple industry sectors and awareness of current business trends.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and clients.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail in conversations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage large workloads and meet strict timelines.

Qualification

• Any graduate with strong communication and leadership skills.
