Job Summary:

Cascade Buildtech is seeking a confident and experienced

Female Telecaller

with a background in real estate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and coordinating with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain project details Handle inbound inquiries and maintain follow-ups Maintain and update client database Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales team Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive customer experience Meet daily and monthly call targets

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in real estate telecalling Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Female candidates only (as per role requirement)
