channel partner (CP) network
and a proven track record in driving property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers
Conduct site visits and client meetings to drive closures
Generate leads through CP network and local outreach
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales
Must have an active CP network in
Kharar-Kurali region
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and lead a small team
Familiarity with local property market trends
