Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated

Purchase / Procurement Executive

with experience in

factory procurement

. The role involves sourcing and purchasing

mechanical spares, electrical items, packaging materials, consumables, and general store items

, while ensuring

timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end procurement

of mechanical, electrical, packaging, and consumables. Coordinate with

maintenance, production, and stores teams

to understand requirements. Identify, evaluate, and develop

reliable vendors & suppliers

. Negotiate

best pricing, payment terms, and quality standards

. Conduct

online product & supplier research

for alternatives and cost savings. Maintain

purchase orders, supplier database, and procurement records

. Support

inventory management

by planning purchases as per stock levels. Ensure

on-time supply chain operations

to avoid production delays.

Candidate Profile

Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical or Business preferred). 2-5 years' experience in

purchase/procurement/materials management

in manufacturing. Knowledge of

mechanical & electrical spares, packaging, and consumables

. Good

negotiation, communication, vendor management & sourcing skills

. Strong in

MS Office (Excel/Word)

; knowledge of

ERP systems

is an added advantage. Proactive learner with ability to work under deadlines.
