Qualifications
Graduate with B.Ed. / D.El.Ed or equivalent (Kannada specialization preferred).
3-5 years of teaching experience in primary grades (ICSE experience desirable).
Good communication skills and a child-centric teaching approach.
Skills Required
Strong command of the Kannada language (spoken & written).
Patience, empathy and effective classroom-management skills.
Creative teaching methods and ability to engage young learners.
Basic computer knowledge.
