Key responsibilities

Child supervision and safety:

Ensure the children's physical, emotional, and social well-being and maintain a safe environment at all times.

Routine management:

Establish and follow daily routines for meals, naps, homework, and bedtime.

Activity planning:

Organize and participate in educational and recreational activities, games, and outings that promote learning and development.

Meal preparation:

Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to any dietary guidelines.

Light housekeeping:

Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and doing children's laundry.

Homework assistance:

Help children with school projects and homework to foster a positive learning environment.

Communication:

Maintain open and regular communication with parents about the children's day, activities, and any concerns.

Emergency response:

Administer basic first aid and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
Qualifications and skills

Experience:

Proven experience in childcare.

Child development knowledge:

Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.

Communication and interpersonal skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with children and parents.

Reliability and responsibility:

Be reliable, responsible, and have good judgment.

Flexibility:

Be adaptable and flexible to meet the family's changing needs.
