We are a growing IT Consulting company, delivering innovative technology solutions to businesses across the globe. We are looking for a highly motivated and creative fresher to join our marketing team and play a key role in boosting our brand presence and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

outbound calls and follow-ups

to potential clients and partners. Support and manage

LinkedIn marketing campaigns

, including posting, engaging, and expanding network reach. Generate

creative content

for social media, email campaigns, and company presentations. Conduct

basic market research

and competitor analysis. Assist in executing digital marketing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and documentation. Maintain and update CRM with lead and campaign details.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication skills (English/Hindi) and a confident phone presence. Excellent knowledge of

LinkedIn

and other social platforms. Creative mindset with basic content writing and visual design sense. Understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new tools and strategies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
