Job Title: Team Leader Recruitment Experience: 4+ Years Location: Mysore Key Responsibilities
Define comprehensive job descriptions and ensure effective communication across public platforms and with potential candidates.
Create detailed candidate personas for various mandates and guide the team on sourcing strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to identify prospective candidates using multiple sourcing channels and an efficient screening process.
Oversee reference checks and ensure thorough credibility verification of candidates.
Review and present shortlisted candidates to clients in a professional and compelling manner.
Act as the primary point of coordination with client SPOCs, ensuring seamless communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle for each mandate.
Develop and manage a sustainable candidate pipeline strategy to maintain strong backups across roles.
Engage with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business context, hiring needs, and mandate-specific requirements.
Conduct industry and organizational research to understand client domains, service offerings, competition, market positioning, and employer brand attractiveness.
Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with client expectations and business goals.
Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance business growth and expand CIEL s wallet share.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure achievement of recruitment targets and service quality standards.
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent mapping, sourcing strategies, and managing complete candidate life cycles.
Strong understanding of recruitment technologies including ATS, job portals, social recruiting, and digital sourcing tools.
Deep expertise in candidate evaluation, selection methodologies, and engagement techniques.
Broad knowledge of multiple industry sectors and awareness of current business trends.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and clients.
Excellent communication skills with attention to detail in conversations.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage large workloads and meet strict timelines.
