Responsibilities:
Lead & motivate inside sales team
IT hardware sales: firewalls, switches, servers, licensing
Lead generation, cold calling & follow-ups
Support negotiation, pricing & closures
Track KPIs & prepare sales reports
Build reseller & channel partner relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ yrs IT hardware/networking sales
Team handling experience preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Technical background is a plus).
Working Hours:
Working days, Monday to Saturday
Office time : 11:00 am to 8:00 pm IST
