Job Description

Provide agents with sales tools, marketing materials, and ongoing support to help them achieve their sales targets.

Ensure agents have a deep understanding of our insurance products and their benefits.

Monitor agent performance against established KPIs and provide regular feedback.

Ensure agents are adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to agents and clients


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
