The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in screening and closing positions quickly, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support in HR operations like offer letters, joining formalities, and employee coordination.
Represent the company professionally while engaging with candidates and consultants.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR or Business Administration
2-4 years of experience in recruitment (Real Estate or Construction preferred)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong in follow-ups, coordination & closing candidates
Proficient in MS Office & job portal handling
