Responsibilities
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Screen candidates resume and job applications
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote the company's reputation as "best place to work"
Skills:
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills

6. Receive, Sort And Distribute Documents
7. Maintain Office Security By Following Safety Procedures And Controlling Access Via The Reception Desk.
8. Keep Updated Records With Inward/Outward Of Stationary.

Required Skills:
1.Any Graduation in any Specialization
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
3. Hands on experience with office machines (for example; fax, printer etc.)
4. In-depth knowledge of office management.
5. Excellent Communication Skill.
