Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design and oversee the construction of buildings and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings, co-ordinating with clients and consultants and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop architectural drawings, plands and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar tools Co-ordinate with structural, MEP and interior design consultants Ensure designs comply with local building by laws, NBC and safety regulations Prepare project documentation, BOQs and specifications Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is followed Liaise with clients, contractors and authorities for approvals and modifications. Manage timelines, budgets and quality standards Review and approve shop drawings and material samples

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
10+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
Knowledge of Indian building codes and local regulations

Preferred skills

Experience ins residential/commerical projects
Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices
Ability to manage multiple projects
