Supervise the proper set up and readiness of each item on menus.

Team Handle Experience with basic MS excel Knowledge
Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
Leads kitchen team and work with head chef to maintain kitchen, staff ability, and training opportunities.
Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
Ensures smooth kitchen operation by co-ordinating with related Food and Beverage Departments.
Training, A Sous Chef, will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
Manages food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimizes waste, plus works with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns.
