Actively source and generate new business leads through market visits, builder tie-ups, intermediaries (
DSAs/Connectors
), and direct customer interaction.
Documentation & Process:
Ensure timely collection of all required KYC and loan documents and coordinate with the credit and operations teams for quick file processing and disbursal.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key channel partners.
Experience:
Minimum 0.6 to 2 years of sales experience in
Housing Finance (HL/LAP)
, Banking, or NBFCs.
Qualification-
Graduate / Undergraduate
Product Knowledge:
Basic understanding of home loan and LAP products.
Local Market:
Strong familiarity with the local market and geographical area.
