We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and organized
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and ensure office security protocols.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office calendar.
Handle basic administrative and clerical support tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams for daily operational needs.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role (freshers with good communication may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
