Designation \xe2\x80\x93 Receptionist cumTele caller Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Min 0 to 2 year Qualification: Graduate/HSC Location: - Thane West Salary: - As per Company standards.. Job Profile:- Convincing and coordination skills. Give a basic sales pitch to the students. Need to do cold callings and fix face to face appointments Converting leads into Admissions Daily Follow-up to the inquiries should be done without negligence. Call students from database generated and Leads Assigned Generating Walk-in by doing Follow up on Enquiry Assigned on Daily Basis Doing Data Entry in System as per Software and Maintaining Records. Maintain strong follow up with students Maintain accurate and complete student records. Lead generation through cold calling Counsel students and parents convert into admission. Enrolling students for courses offered by the company. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Must be a Graduate with pleasing personality.
