The candidate shall essentially have proven and verifiable experience, encompassing:
Meeting up with clients and conducting product presentations in order to generate foot-falls for the particular project.
Identify new opportunities, develop new clients and maintain their database.
Plan that involves understanding the industry as whole, the product and more importantly the customer.
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
Product Presentations, arranging corporate meetings and taking permissions from the corporate.
Participation in lead generation from outdoor activities.
Marketing Executive should know their customer\'s needs, wishes and dreams. He or she should be well versed with convincing skills and closing their queries.
Attracts potential customers by answering product related questions; providing information about the products.
The Person must have an experience in the field of Real Estate
