Role Overview

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's

IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, and security systems

. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, system reliability, data security, and timely technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain

IT infrastructure

, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Oversee

network administration

, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, switches, and access points. Configure and manage

routing, switching, and network security

devices. Ensure proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of

operating systems and business software

. Monitor system performance, uptime, backups, and disaster recovery plans. Implement and manage

IT security policies

, antivirus solutions, access controls, and data protection measures. Troubleshoot and resolve

hardware, software, and network issues

in a timely manner.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹68,925.76 per month
