Make outbound calls to US customers/clients as per process requirements.
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries, issues, or requests.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and build strong customer rapport.
Update portal with accurate call notes and customer information.
Follow scripts and process guidelines while ensuring quality compliance.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned teams promptly.
Provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US Accent preferred).
Experience in US calling, BPO, telemarketing, or customer support preferred.
Ability to handle high-volume calls professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, email).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in US Calling / BPO / Call Center.
Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service processes.
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
