Urgent hiring for the position of HR Executive.

Responsibilities and Duties

Must have experience in the hiring process for candidates.

Hands-on knowledge of portals: - Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.

Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, Screening of candidates, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy current.

Making Attendance of all employees in both soft and hard forms.

Must have Good Communication skills.
