Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Branding

:

Create website banners, landing page graphics, infographics, and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.

Design logos, icons, and brand elements for different platforms.

Social Media & Digital Graphics:

Develop eye-catching and engaging social media posts, stories, and ads for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Work with the marketing team to design email templates, eBooks, presentations, and promotional assets.

Print & Offline Collateral:

Design brochures, flyers, business cards, and other print materials.

Work on packaging, merchandise, and event branding materials.

Collaboration & Execution:

Work closely with marketing, content, and web teams to bring campaigns to life.

Take feedback positively and make necessary adjustments to designs.

Adapt to a demanding work schedule and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of graphics.

Required Skills & Tools

? Software Proficiency:

Adobe Photoshop (Image editing & manipulation)

Adobe Illustrator (Vector graphics & logos)

Canva (Quick social media graphics)

CorelDRAW (Print media & branding) - OPTIONAL

? Creative & Technical Skills:

Strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for typography, colors, and layout.

Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.

Basic knowledge of video editing & motion graphics is a plus. - OPTIONAL
