Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Freight Brokers who can secure loads, negotiate

rates, and ensure successful shipment execution while building strong customer and carrier

relationships.

Key Responsibilities

? Source and onboard new business opportunities while retaining existing customers.

? Negotiate profitable rates with shippers and carriers.

? Coordinate shipments ensuring on-time pickup and delivery.

? Track and monitor load progress; resolve operational delays or issues.

? Maintain documentation, contracts, and compliance records.

? Analyze market trends to optimize pricing and routing decisions.

? Collaborate with dispatch and operations to ensure smooth execution.

? Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions.

Eligibility Criteria

? Graduate OR Undergraduate from any government approved institute.

? Minimum 6 months experience in Freight Brokerage / U.S. Logistics.

? Good communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge.

? Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.

? Deep understanding of the Freight Industry.

? Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication

? Knowledge of freight management systems and U.S. trucking operations (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
