Role & responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO voice process.
Graduate Freshers can also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong listening, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
