Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers Resolve customer queries related to services, billing, or technical issues Provide accurate information with a customer-first approach Maintain professional communication and service quality standards Document interactions and update CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum

1 year experience

in International Voice Customer Support (mandatory) Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening) Comfortable working night shifts Graduate / HSC (as per company policy) Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
