, you will be responsible for handling customer queries via
voice and chat process
, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls and chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and follow up as required.
Collaborate with the team to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements:
Qualification:
UG Fresher
(graduates can apply).
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
Flexible to work in shifts (if required).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
