Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via chat and outbound calls in a professional manner
Resolve issues related to the WinZO platform, including user accounts, transactions, and game-related support
Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system
Ensure timely follow-ups and meet resolution targets
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support
Requirements
Graduate/Undergraduate
1-2 years of experience in chat support or telesales
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
Familiarity with the online gaming industry or digital platforms is a plus
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience in tech, gaming, or app-based customer service preferred
Quick learner and problem solver
Able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
