Job Description
- Researching on prospects before connecting with them
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person and setting up meetings with them.
- Building rapport with customers, having excellent listening skills and understanding customer's needs.
- Traveling to visit potential clients wherever needed
- Managing and understanding customer requirements before suggesting relevant products to them
- Arranging for technical presentations and persuading clients on how the suggested product will best satisfy their needs
- Creating quotations for clients
- Meticulously following up with interested leads and ensuring closure of sales deals
- Achieving Sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the products that need to be sold
- Providing pre-sales assistance and product education to clients
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering or similar field
- Experience of 3-4 years in Sales support / Business Development in Additive Manufacturing / Machine tool / Solar / Aerospace Industry
- Age : Upto 30 years
- Excellent communication skills and rapport building abilities
