Urgent hiring for Accountant (Male) at Andheri west

Job Loc :- Andheri west

Exp :- 4 yrs to 6 yrs

Salary :- 30,000 per month to 40,000 per month

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Budget Management: Assist in budget development and monitoring, providing variance analysis and financial forecasts to support operational planning.

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.

Payroll Processing: Manage payroll activities for accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, commissions, and benefits.

Tax Compliance: Prepare and file local, state, and federal tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and conducting periodic audits.

Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis to identify trends and variances, providing actionable insights to management.

Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with management to offer financial guidance and support business growth initiatives.
