- Accounts Executive

Position Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, statutory compliance, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally ERP, and excellent communication skills in English. This role requires accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice verification, vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation. Manage the purchase cycle, ensuring correct documentation, approvals, GRN matching, and timely posting of entries. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST returns and reconciliations, e-invoicing, e-way bills, and basic Income Tax compliance. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely closure of books. Provide support during internal and external audits, including data preparation, documentation, and query resolution. Work extensively with Zoho and Tally ERP for accounting entries, reports, and reconciliations. Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, documentation, and analysis. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for smooth financial operations. Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all financial entries and reports. Vendor reconciliation and Prepare Payment files
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong accounting fundamentals and understanding of end-to-end accounting cycles. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally ERP is mandatory. Good knowledge of GST, e-invoice, e-way bill, and TDS and TCS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good communication skills with fluency in English. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in audit coordination or compliance-related activities. Knowledge of additional ERP or accounting software is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
