We are seeking a polished and proactive female receptionist to be the face of our real estate office in Kurali. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet clients warmly, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with professionalism
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
Coordinate with sales and admin teams for client follow-ups
Manage front office cleanliness and presentation
Handle basic documentation and courier dispatches
Support HR/admin with clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
Female candidate with pleasant personality and communication skills
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or customer service roles
Proficient in MS Office and basic email handling
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
Well-groomed and punctual
Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (6 days)
