We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products/services.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Convince and convert potential clients through effective communication and persuasion.
Schedule appointments or demos as required.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (pursuing candidates are not considered).
MBA freshers can apply.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality with a passion for sales.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment.
Experience in telesales/inside sales/business development is preferred but not mandatory.
