We are urgently looking for a skilled

BMS Operator

to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and operation of the Building Management System to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control all BMS systems including CCTV, Door Access Control, Public Address Systems, Rodent repellent Sytems, Water Leak Detection Systems and Firefighting Systems Respond promptly to system alarms and faults. Perform regular system checks and generate reports. Coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain logs of daily operations and system performance. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related field. 6 months-1 year of experience operating BMS systems in commercial/residential buildings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
