Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential B2B clients, generate leads, and expand the company's client base.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client requirements and propose customized import/export solutions.
Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
Collaboration:
Work closely with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Reporting:
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Compliance:
Ensure all transactions comply with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the import/export or logistics industry.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and Hindi Languages + other local is added Advantages.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of global markets and cross-border trade practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with sales reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
