Position - Assistant HR Manager

Qualification - MBA HR

Experience - Above 4 years

Timing - General Shift

Salary - 20K - 25K

Roles & Responsblities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and facilitate new hire orientation.

Employee Relations:

Address employee questions, support disciplinary processes, manage grievance procedures, and conduct exit interviews.

HR Administration:

Maintain personnel files, process documentation, manage leave tracking (PTO, sick leave), and update HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Payroll & Benefits:

Assist with payroll processing, answer benefit-related queries, and liaise with providers for health, retirement, and disability plans.

Policy & Compliance:

Help implement HR policies, update employee handbooks, and ensure adherence to employment laws and company regulations.

Training & Development:

Coordinate training sessions, new hire safety training, and support development programs.

Events:

Assist in planning and executing company events like recognition programs and holiday parties.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Payroll software. An Associate's degree or relevant HR certification is often required.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
