AGM - Sales
to lead and expand our real estate sales operations in
Kurali
. The ideal candidate will have a strong
channel partner (CP) network
, proven leadership in real estate sales, and the ability to drive high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial projects
Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and close deals
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and conversion
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong CP network in Kurali and surrounding areas
Must have own conveyance for local travel
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
Immediate joiner preferred
