Role Summary :



This is a pure field sales role, focused on expanding market presence, generating leads, andsupporting the BDM in achieving sales targets. The role does not involve product creation oritinerary development.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct daily field visits to travel agents, corporate offices, and potential clients. Support the BDM in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and market outreach. o Present Dreamland Escapes' offerings clearly and confidently to potentialcustomers. o Promote domestic and international travel services (FIT, GIT, MICE) as percompany guidelines. Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly for conversions. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and roadshows to represent the brand. Provide weekly reports on outreach, conversions, and market trends. Ensure excellent client servicing and relationship management

Desired Candidate Profile:



Minimum 5years of successful sales experience in the travel and tourism sector. Strong professional network across corporates, travel agencies, and institutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Self-driven, strategic thinker with leadership abilities. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation techniques. Fluent in English; Hindi/Bengali preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
