Digital Marketing Manager

with

proven e-commerce performance marketing expertise, strong leadership, and AI-driven digital skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead

e-commerce performance marketing campaigns

: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping, Retargeting, Performance Max. Drive

measurable ROI and ROAS

(not just leads) through innovative campaign strategies. Manage and mentor a

team of SEO executives, designers, and digital marketers

. Optimize

sales funnels, landing pages, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

for e-commerce growth. Collaborate with clients, ensure

clear communication, reports, and data-backed insights

. Stay ahead with the latest in

AI tools and automation

, integrating them to deliver

faster results, reduced timelines, and greater creativity

.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

4-7 years proven experience

in

Digital Marketing & E-commerce performance marketing

. Strong expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max, Analytics, Retargeting, Attribution models

.

Hands-on experience in driving revenue-focused campaigns (ROAS/sales), not just lead generation.

Proficiency in AI-powered tools

(ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, MidJourney, Canva AI, automation workflows, etc.) to boost

productivity, creativity, and efficiency

. Proven ability to

lead and handle teams

of SEO, design, and marketing professionals. Experience with

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms

. Strong

client communication & project management skills
