As a Customer Relationship Manager / Senior Customer Care Executive, you will interact with users to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and promote our services. Your ability to

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with users through
calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
, offering timely, friendly, and helpful support.
Address user queries
, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
Promote our services
by identifying sales opportunities and guiding users toward suitable plans or features.
Follow up regularly
to ensure users feel supported throughout their journey.
Identify potential users
and
coordinate user interview calls
by scheduling and following up as needed.
Schedule and
coordinate video meetings
with users when needed.
Respond to all inbound calls
from users, including those received through
newspaper advertisements
, especially on
Sundays
when ads are published.
Maintain accurate records
of all interactions, concerns, and follow-ups using
CRM tools and spreadsheets
.
Share customer feedback and
prepare insights and basic reports
to help improve services and user experiences.
Manage WhatsApp and other social media communities
, keeping users informed, supported, and engaged.
Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience working with
matrimonial websites
or marriage-related services is highly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related role (

Any graduate (Preferred).
