Generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales across FIT, GIT, and MICEsegments.
Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, travel agents, institutions, andB2B partners.
Represent Dreamland Escapes as a brand ambassador at corporate meetings, tradefairs, and industry events.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and sales pitches.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions that support leadgeneration.
Submit sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.
Train/guide field sales executives and ensure alignment with sales strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience in the travel and tourism sector.
Strong professional network across corporates, travel agencies, and institutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-driven, strategic thinker with leadership abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation techniques.
Fluent in English; Hindi/Bengali preferred.
