We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Telecalling Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting them into qualified leads or appointments. She will play a key role in building customer relationships and supporting the growth of the business through direct communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products or services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online forms, or references.
Explain services and offerings clearly to customers and resolve basic queries.
Schedule appointments or demos for the field sales or senior marketing team.
Maintain and update the lead database regularly with call logs, feedback, and status.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and conversion goals.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers for long-term association.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for follow-ups and reporting.
Handle inbound calls from interested customers and guide them properly.
Provide accurate product/service information and highlight key benefits.
Take feedback from customers and assist in improving customer satisfaction.
Ensure professionalism and courtesy in every call as the first point of brand interaction.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, polite, and convincing telephone manners.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools (preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or marketing will be an advantage.
Should be comfortable with targets and working in a fast-paced environment.
